I support your transformation using a number of different modalities in which I am certified, such as Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Matrix Reimprinting.
I also use Internal Family Systems (IFS), am Jungian-informed and keep up to date on the most cutting-edge approaches to healing trauma and managing anxiety and stress.
IFS/Internal Family Systems
IFS is an evidence-based approach proven to treat anxiety, phobias, depression and physical symptoms.
It has gained a lot of traction in recent years and even been touted by well-known personalities outside the wellness community like Alanis Morrissette and Tim Ferris!
IFS identifies and explores the various parts we have inside of us, for example our Inner Critic or People Pleaser.
Through this experience, you will not only be able to gain a richer understanding of your inner world, you will experience tangible shifts in the way you relate to yourself and others.
Some of the benefits routinely experienced with IFS are:
- Parts are relieved of the extreme roles they have been inhabiting. A greater harmony is achieved between them and they are freed to inhabit more productive roles.
- Suppressed emotions are recognized and healed
- Trust is restored in the Self, which is the compassionate, wise, evolved inner Being that is at the core of every person

EFT is a guided emotional healing technique that aims to restore balance in the body’s energy system and promote relief around emotional and physical discomfort.
We use a simple set of acupuncture points and tap on them with our fingers (no needles!) to stimulate the points while verbally working through a specific issue.
It is non-invasive, proven effective, and surprisingly energizing and restorative. It is also easy to learn and can be used on your own.
EFT/Emotional Freedom Techniques
Matrix Reimprinting
Matrix Reimprinting is a beautiful and astonishingly effective modality that involves working with the inner child to heal the negative learning encountered earlier in life during certain events.
It uses the same energy principles as EFT and also incorporates tapping, but in a more expanded way.
A profound unburdening often takes place during these sessions, with past traumas and the beliefs they engendered transforming.
I have a lighter, calmer presence, and more confidence.
